Property Management Team Member
We at Westgarth Realty are looking to expand our property management department and are currently seeking team members for our busy office, offering a flexible work environment and career path potential.

The Real Estate Industry Award 2010 applies to this position
Some Saturday work will be required (approx 1 per month)

The office closes between Christmas and New Year
No prior real estate experience is required, but desirable
Whilst undertaking training (Traineeship) you will be required to gain experience in all aspect of property management as listed below. For licensed agents any or all of the following may be required to be performed:
Leasing property & lease renewals
Completing entry and exit condition reports
Performing routine inspections
Marketing & prospecting
Arrears & QCAT
Console trust accounting software
Other industry software & apps
Other duties as requested
Client/customer focused **

Is well organised
Have a willingness to adhere to the laws governing the real estate industry and office procedures
Willing to undertake a Certificate IV in property management (if not already held)
Will ensure that you are registered with the Office of Fair Trading at all times
Have a current drivers licence at all times
